"Love is what feeds our souls, I can't imagine my childhood without it. Food may be the most basic need, but love is the most basic right. Without it how can an any child flourish? Love and kindness will change their lives and our future, there is hope and we can all make a difference"
Yasmin Le Bon
"Mothers4Children is an inspiring idea - I am happy to be included, as a mother lucky enough to have healthy, happy children - to help raise awareness and funds for children who are less fortunate than my own."

We Support > Kids Company

Kids Company
A charity founded by Camila Batmanghelidjh in 1996 in order to provide practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children and young people. Many of the 14,000 children reached have experienced severe and multiple trauma. Often these are ‘lone children’ living in chronic deprivation, with little or no adult support. They face the daily anxieties of caring for their family as the role of parent and child is reversed. Through their wraparound care they help vulnerable children to manage the devastating effects of abuse, and return them to a safer childhood and brighter future.
Kids Company believes that punishing these children cements their emotional coldness. The healing process can only take place if sustained, caring relationships are developed through which both their practical and emotional needs are addressed. Kids Company is advanced in its service delivery. Employing a multi-disciplinary team at street level, using the latest neuro-physiological thinking to deliver therapeutic provisions which are both preventative and reparative. During the evaluation process, 97% of young people described Kids Company’s services as effective.
Mothers4Children supports the after school ‘Club Time’ program, based at the Arches II centre, which provides children with an experience of sustained care which helps repair their sense of abandonment and enables them to work through the trauma many have experienced through physical and sexual abuse. These are the children that local authorities struggle to manage, because their behaviour is so disturbed and their needs so complex.

Club Time Funding - Supported by M4C
In supporting this programme Mothers4Children helps many children who face the loneliness and fear of returning to an empty home with no food or care.

Brand Partnership
Mothers4Children work hard to create opportunities that both benefit our supporting brands and our philanthropic ethos, to initiate sustainable partnerships like that of Elemis & Kids Company resulting in a long term sustainable income.
